“Imported equipment will rise in price and farmers will be giving mind to analogues produced in Russia which are not just comparable, but often better in quality and, in some basic technical characteristics, even superior to a foreign agricultural machinery”, gives his vision Dmitry Teplov, Director of Krasnokamsky RMZ. “The Russian machinery has a high level of localization, so the weakening of ruble will not significantly affect its cost.”
Krasnokamsky RMZ notes that the company has been showing stable growth in sales of agricultural machinery over the past two years. Thus, at the end of 2019, the proceeds from the sale of agricultural machinery intended for modern “In-Line Haylage” forage conservation technology, increased by 29.5%, in 2018 - by 17%. In 2020, the Company expect growth of more than 30%.
Krasnokamsky RMZ produces a full line of products for application of “In-Line Haylage” technology: balers, high-speed packers, bale cutters and FRONTLIFT loaders. The Plant supplies the equipment to the Russian market and exports to neighboring countries and Europe.
The "In-Line Haylage" technology allows you to increase milk yield by 20-25%, increase the grade of milk and preserve the productive longevity of cows. Another significant advantage of the technology is that you can prepare high-quality forage even in adverse weather: rainy summers or droughts.
Other factors will also stimulate the growth in demand for Russian agricultural machinery. "In the present context the agriculture can become one of the main vectors of development of the country's economy. Investments in the industry give positive results. Firstly, it will help replace imported products. Secondly, it will make favorable contribution to raising living standards in the farmers’ community”, Dmitry Teplov says.
