Farms from Tatarstan were presented advanced technologies of forage conservation

On 23 May in the Republic of Tatarstan the workshop on Relevant aspects of forage conservation in 2019 season aimed to improve productivity of a milking herd was held. Representatives of agriculture administrations and farm operators from all districts of the Republic participated in the workshop.

The workshop was held in premises of TMZ-Tatarstan, Commercial and Industrial Company.

Farmers were represented the Persmkaya technology of in-line haylage making. It allows them to minimize effect of the human factor on quality of conserved forage, reduces dependency on weather conditions, and lowers prices of animals’ diet by over 10%.

A set of machines intended for use of the technology is manufactured by Krasnokamsk Machinery and Repair Plant. It includes balers, high-speed bale wrappers, roll cutting machines, and universal FRONTLIFT front-end loaders. In 2018 all agricultural equipment gained certification for compliance with standards of the European Union.
