Krasnokamsky RMZ adapted FRONTLIFT front-end loader to DEUTZ-FAHR tractors

"Assembly of DEUTZ-FAHR tractors has been launched in Russia, Nizhny Novgorod, since 2015, and recently another assemble facility was opened in Moscow region. It means that more and more Russian farmers select these tractors for needs of their farms", Dmitry Teplov, Director of Krasnokamsky RMZ explained.

Difference of new models of the loader is in modified geometry of pipes and frame holders. In addition, set of the modified machine includes a three-dimension joystick for automatic control and a rear counterweight as weight of DEUTZ-FAHR Agrolux 4.80 tractor is just 2,820 kg (one ton less than popular in Russia МТЗ 80/82 tractor).

"Our machine together with a set of operating tools is completely adapted to DEUTZ-FAHR tractors. By using the tractor a number of operations performed by the tractor on a farm can be extended’, Dmitry Teplov tells. ‘Changing operating tools the loader will not only handle heavy cargoes but also cut silage, operate as a bulldozer, stock rolls, and can be used as an agricultural fork".

FRONTLIFT front-end loader is made of high-strength low-alloy steel. Rigid fastening structure allows relieving a frame tractor of bending stress, the loader has non-greased friction joints and a clamp made according to European standards. The machine of Krasnokamsky RMZ is compatible with standard operating tools applied in Europe.

In 2019 FRONTLIFT loader gain certification to EC European standard.
